After Several Months, the MCSM: World's Edge Spin-Off Series "First Blocks" Has New Technical Updates

Just an hour ago, Ken Tracer, the animator and creator of Minecraft Story Mode: World's Edge has provided a technical update, as well as new stills, from their upcoming spin-off series First Blocks, a prequel to World's Edge that will explore Jesse's adventures with her friends before the Wither Storm.

For a while, Ken Tracer took a step back from production due to personal reasons. But today, they have provided World's Edge fans with updates, regarding new images, as well as the technical way First Blocks will be produced and animated.

On the World's Edge Discord server, Ken Tracer published the following statement in the First Blocks announcements channel.



In the statement, Ken Tracer revealed how the animation quality will change and improve, as they continue to develop the series.

In addition, there have been new stills and sample videos revealed, showcasing the new quality changes that have been revealed in the initial statement.









These new images continue to reveal more of what First Blocks will look like without revealing too much. One image even reveals a new build exclusive to the World's Edge universe in Boom Town, the kingdom of Magnus the Rogue.

More details retaining to First Blocks are soon to be revealing in the upcoming months, as Ken Tracer continues to make more progress on the highly anticipated series. It is unknown when the first episode of First Blocks will be released.
